FRIDAY, JULY 10TH 2020

5:00-8:00 p.m. VIP dinner for pilots, crew and sponsors.

SATURDAY, JULY 11TH 2020

6:15 a.m. Launch field at Bald Eagle Lake opens and shuttle transportation begins from the Meadows Parking Lot. There is no public parking at the event and no parking along Highway 40. No dogs are allowed due to balloon hazards. No smoking at launch field.
6:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Balloon Launch, Bald Eagle Lake
6:30 – 9:00 p.m. Tunes & Balloons at Howelsen Hill featuring hot-air balloons, live music, food/drink/merchandise vendors, and kids’ activities

SUNDAY, JULY 12th 2020

PARKING:

Saturday and Sunday morning balloon launches: There is no public parking at Bald Eagle Lake, the balloon launch site off Highway 40. Free shuttle transportation to Bald Eagle Lake is provided from the Meadows Parking Lot on Pine Grove Road and Bangtail Way starting at 6:15 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. There will be a suggested parking donation of $10 per car to support the Steamboat Lions Club who donates 100% of their proceeds back to the Steamboat Springs Community.

Parking along Highway 40 is strictly prohibited. No dogs are allowed due to balloon hazards.

Saturday night Tunes & Balloons: Parking is available at Howelsen Hill and throughout downtown Steamboat. But we encourage attendees to walk, bike, carpool or use public transportation in order to minimize traffic congestion. No dogs are allowed due to balloon hazards.
